After God brought increase and blessing to Only Believe Church in Botkins, Pastor Peter Doseck was grateful for what the Lord was doing, but he was not content to see growth without also seeing the miraculous. He longed to see signs and wonders in the services and the power of God demonstrated in a greater way.
In response to that hunger, Pastor Doseck made a radical decision. For 18 months, he canceled all appointments and committed himself to seeking the Lord. Day after day, he went to the church at 5:00 a.m. to pray, study, and pursue God for the miraculous in his own life and ministry.
That season became a turning point.
At the end of that 18-month journey, Pastor Doseck had a life-changing encounter with Jesus. He testified that Jesus walked through his bookshelf, put a robe on his back, a ring on his finger, and crowned him to do the miraculous. In that encounter, he was told to go and touch the nations of the world with the demonstration of the power he had just been entrusted with. That moment marked the beginning of a global evangelistic assignment.
Soon after, Pastor Doseck planned a mission trip with the only pastor he knew in the Philippines. At his first crusade, a little less than 2,000 people were in attendance. But when he prayed for miracles, hundreds of people came to the platform to testify to what God had done.
Eyes were opened. Deaf ears began to hear. Cripples walked for the first time. Tumors disappeared from people’s bodies. While standing on that platform, Pastor Doseck sensed the Lord speak to him that this could happen anywhere in the world. From that moment on, the Gospel, accompanied by miracles, signs, and wonders, began to spread from nation to nation.
Since that first crusade, Pastor Doseck has carried the miracle-working power of the Gospel into numerous countries around the world and has seen millions of people come to Christ.
As the ministry grew, the mission deepened. Later in his ministry, the Lord commissioned Pastor Doseck not only to continue taking the Gospel to the nations, but to raise up an army of miracle workers and help lift up the next generation of pastors and leaders. Today, that calling remains at the heart of PDM.
Pastor Doseck has ministered to over one hundred thousand pastors around the world, imparting faith, vision, and practical ministry training. Those men and women are now going out themselves, preaching the Gospel and seeing miracles across the nations.
Through the work of PDM, the Gospel has gone to the nations in extraordinary ways:
Every number represents a life, a family, a community, and a testimony of the power of Jesus Christ.
PDM continues to move forward with the same burden that launched the ministry in the beginning: to see the Gospel preached with power, to see souls saved, to see pastors strengthened, and to see the nations touched by the reality of Jesus Christ.
What began with one man’s hunger for the miraculous has become a global mission to raise up an army of ministers who will carry revival, compassion, and truth to the world.
The story is still being written.
